Rembrandt is a moderate golden at 68 lbs. He has gorgeous, effortless movement with great foot timing and is clean coming and going. He has a solid topline standing or on the move, good shoulder layback, and correct rear angulation with short hocks. His coat is lush and correct without being over done, making it easy to maintain. Remmy's stunning head and soft expression make him a stand-out. He has full dentition with no dropped incisors and striking black pigment. Remmy's affectionate nature, willingness to please and innate trainability make him a joy to live with and a pleasure to show. Remmy is a mellow and loving companion who thoroughly enjoys his volunteer work as a "Tail Waggin' Tutor" for elementary school children and a therapy dog at nursing homes and colleges. He is laid back and easy to live with, but has plenty of drive when it comes to performance events. He is a wonderful heeling dog with great attention and loves training in obedience. Remmy earned points and reserves from the puppy class in AKC shows. He has been awarded under several breeder-judges in the ring. He finished his championship and grand championship all owner-handled. Remmy has won many owner-handled group placements, as well as many UKC and IABCA group wins and placements. Rembrandt is currently working on titles in AKC conformation, obedience and rally as well as training in the field. Rembrandt is all owner-handled and trained in all venues. Remmy is consistently producing puppies with gorgeous heads and wonderful temperaments. He has produced several puppies who are training in obedience, a service dog, hunting companions, and some of his puppies will be hitting the show ring soon.
